Appointments
For non-urgent issues, please follow the guidelines below and choose the right service. An appointment may not be necessary.
This will help us to be more efficient by making an appointment available to you when you need it the most.
On the day and prebookable appointments
Our phonelines and e-consultation service Accurx are open between 08:00am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
Booking an appointment at the surgery has become more accessible than ever through the addition of our online consultation service Accurx, which is triaged by the doctors daily. You can access Accurx via the NHS App (link), the surgery’s website or through a link we can send to your mobile or email address.
If you are unable to fill out the online request, the reception team can do this on your behalf. Please do not get offended if one of our reception team ask for the reason for your appointment.
We are doing so under guidance and instruction of the clinical team to offer you the best plan of care.
If a home visit is requested, a telephone call is booked first with the duty doctor to get this arranged based on the urgency of the request.
Contact us online, if you need help with a non-urgent medical or administration request.
